These terms and conditions govern the use of The Beyond website and the purchase of subscriptions to The Beyond comic. By using this website or subscribing to the comic you agree to the terms outlined below.
About The Beyond
The Beyond is a children’s comic subscription service based in the United Kingdom. These terms apply to all users of this website and all customers who purchase a subscription.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions to The Beyond provide a printed comic delivered to your chosen address every month.
Two plans are available: a monthly subscription, paid each month, and an annual subscription, paid once a year for twelve issues. Both plans deliver the same comic.
Your first payment is taken when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, on the anniversary of the date you signed up — each month on the monthly plan, and each year on the annual plan. You may switch between the two plans at any time from your account dashboard.
Minimum Term
Monthly subscriptions are subject to a 3-month minimum term, and annual subscriptions to a 12-month minimum term. In both cases the term begins on the date of your first payment.
On the monthly plan you will be charged your first payment of £1 and 2 subsequent payments of £3.50 during this period. On the annual plan your single payment of £39.50 covers the whole of it.
You may cancel your subscription at any time after your minimum term has ended. Cancellation requests made during the minimum term cannot be processed until the term concludes. If you switch plans during a minimum term, the term of the plan you switch to applies, counted from the date of your first payment.
Payments
Payments for subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription you agree to the payment terms presented at checkout.
We do not store your payment details on this website.
Delivery
The Beyond comic is delivered by post to the address provided during subscription.
Delivery times may vary depending on postal services and location. At launch The Beyond is available for delivery within the United Kingdom only.
Managing Your Subscription
Subscribers may manage their subscription through their account dashboard. This includes updating delivery details or cancelling future payments.
Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to make changes to the website, subscription plans or the comic itself where necessary. Any significant changes to the service will be communicated to subscribers where possible.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within The Beyond comic, including artwork, stories, characters and branding, is the property of The Beyond and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We aim to keep the website running smoothly and the service operating reliably, however we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or free from technical issues.
