Contribute to The Beyond Comic

We are always looking for amazing authors and illustrators to contribute to our growing comic family.

We pay for all successful contributions that feature in one of our issues, and we'll always be in touch to let you know which issue your work will appear in and to make all the arrangements.

As editors we lovingly handpick every contribution to make sure it fits the world of The Beyond — so if your work isn't quite right for us, it's never a reflection of its quality.

What we accept

We welcome two types of contribution:

Comic strips — up to 4 pages of original artwork supplied print-ready to our page spec. All artwork must be supplied at 300dpi in CMYK colour. £25 per page, up to £100 for a 4-page strip.
Written stories — up to 650 words, submitted as a clean document. We handle all layout and design. If you'd like to supply your own illustrations to accompany your story, we welcome these too — all artwork must be supplied at 300dpi in CMYK colour. £50 per story.

Our audience

The Beyond Comic is for curious kids aged 5–10. All contributions should be fun, imaginative, and age-appropriate.
